An order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed.
Refund Policy
In case of online payment, refund will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the customer’s account within 5 to 7 working days.
In case of cash on delivery, refund will be credited to the customer’s account as credit amount which can be used against any order in the future.
Shipping Policy
We don’t do same day delivery. All deliveries are made before noon of the next day of order placed.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will call you to inform and take the time to deliver as per your convenience.
We are currently delivering all over India.
Delivery in northern region of India takes generally 2-3 working days, whereas for rest of India it takes 3-4 working days.
Return Policy
To initiate a return, the customer needs to directly contact us on our helpline number or e-mail clearly stating the reason for return. In case of any return it is the responsibility of the customer to courier the product to us in original condition.
